Well, it's sure getting cold out! We've already had days where it snowed all
day. Almost all of the snow is gone by now. Next week is supposed to be nice.
We have to bundle up when we go out to the barn now. I don't like this time of
year. But then again, that means it's close to those babies arriving!
We have mares due in March-June. We are getting very excited for foaling
and breeding season! It is a stressful time of year, but also so much fun! Our
loud sorrel overo mare is due to foal first, on March 10, to Varsity Red, a red
roan ROM earning son of Varsity Red. He is very nice. March 12 we have due
our black solid Red Sonny Dee bred mare to QTs Lucky San Man, a really
nice son of Q T Poco Streke. Next on March 26 is our palomino overo
daughter of Doc Freckle due to QTs Lucky San Man. A great performance
prospect there! This mare can spin on a dime and is just so athletic and so is
"Lucky" and his babies are just as outstanding! This will be an awesome
prospect. On April 25 our bay roan mare is due to foal to World Champion,
Dominance. Then on May 1 our loud red roan overo daughter of Kachina
Robin is due in foal to 2x World Champion Halter, The Package. If this cross is
a filly, we might have to keep her back for ourselves!On May 9 our Duplicated
Deck daughter is due to foal to Invesment JewL, a sorrel overo son of
Invesment Creditor. A great pleasure prospect there. Then the next day our
blue roan homozygous tobiano mare is due to foal to QTs Lucky San Man.
Then the NEXT day our 16.2 hand Im Impressive Dixon daughter is due to foal
to Impress to Obsess, World Champion. That'll be another great cross. And
last, on June 12, our black solid Louie Blue granddaughter is due to "Lucky."
We are very excited for next year's foals.
We have 5 mares already booked for breedings next year to Lucky. We are
also for sure breeding back to Impress to Obsess, Mighty Awesome, Varsity
Red, and Conclusive Mister. Our lineup right now also includes Fantacys Last
Coo, a World Champion stallion that is just starting to get promoted. He is
NICE. Mr. Harvest Kid is another stallion we are planning on breeding to. He's
a very nice son of Kids Classic Style. Not to mention, he is also a World
Champion. We're also planning on HK Extraordinary, 2x APHA World
Champion, Time To Touch who's a World Champion, and Poised N
Personality a World Champion producer.
We would like to congratulate Marc and Carrie Haffner on their purchase of
Classic Right Blend or "Classie." She is a beautiful mare and I'm sure they will
love her.
Please check out our for sale pages...we lowered prices once again on
everything we need to sell. We will have our four outstanding 2006 foals. They
are all very reasonably priced and just outstanding show or breeding
prospects.
Our last part of this year has been very uneventful so that is all of our news
for now!
